As of February 24th (or corresponding day #), Kevin Thompson aka "Kilgrave"*** has been placed under house arrest for a period of 30 days for criminal offenses against fellow residents. A rotating guard of locals (immune) will be monitoring the premises and enforcing his arrest, and supervising him in the event that they allow him to leave IE sound eater bullshit. He is not to verbally engage anyone under the age of 17.

Violating either condition of his arrest will result in longterm incarceration. I do have the authority to do that. Just not the hole for him to rot in, so.

Contributions aren't exclusive to patrolpeople: Any scavenged soundproofing materials or security tech can be dropped off at the clinic. But there are things about the entire situation that catch her attention. First: "Hot Dog's" name is apparently actually Frank. Which, okay. Obviously she'd known from the get-go that his real name wasn't Hot Dog. But she's still left wondering why he doesn't want people knowing his actual name.

But also the fact that the locals are immune to this guy's powers for some reason. That's interesting. Confusing, but definitely interesting.

Then there's the fact that both Mike and Will have jumped in on the conversation, and she herself had no clue anything was even going on. It bugs her.]

[Normally she wouldn't care, but between the scale of the punishment and one of the particular requirements, she did want to be clear on this. He was a man she had not met, and understanding clearly what was going on seemed at least a little prudent.]

I didn't know you were part of the patrol team. How is it? Do you all patrol together or on separate shifts? What kind of heavy lifting do you need for the prison?

No one did. It didn't seem worth bringing up. I work nights alone.

As for the prison, any monitoring equipment for security and, insulation, drywall, anything sound absorbent. If you feel like putting in the manpower of actually installing it, I can give you the location.
