[Seeing everything and everyone in shades of gray isn't Max's idea of a good time. At all.]

So given the amount of chaos at Town Hall a few hours ago, I'm going to assume I'm not the only one whose vision's been affected by the red dust.

Has anyone's normal vision come back yet?

[She's trying not to panic anymore than she already has been. And she's already making the connection to the fact that Sound Eaters are blind, the red dust comes from the Sound Eaters, and wondering if this is how they start the process of making more Sound Eaters.]

I didn't mean to scare you if I did. I guess I'm also keeping myself on my feet by thinking of this stuff. Personally I don't want to know if it could be used in that matter. [ What happens if the red dust could change a body part on them? Poe didn't really think of those such things but considering it could change sight. What else could it change? ]

It's okay. [She's not really anymore scared now than she was before.]

I usually like to know what's going on but I'm not sure I want to know on this one either.

Same, but this kind of thing is a bit much to think about. It could cause unnecessary fear when hope is better think on. [ It could easily be someone trying to cause fear in all of them. Poe decided to keep that to himself. ]

Are you holding up okay besides for the obvious?

Yeah, I'm doing okay otherwise. Just hanging out at the house. Are you okay?

[ He's going to cling onto hope. Even if the world is black and white and gray. He'll try to not get anyone else killed while doing so. ]

I'm walking outside trying to get used to the color difference. I'm doing okay as well if a bit frustrated at the circumstance.
