I'm sure a lot of you have met our blue friend with the golden tassels by now. He says most people just refer to him as "Carpet."

Nothing against simplicity, but I feel like anyone with a personality and/or an obvious ability to feel emotions deserves a proper name.

[Was he a slave? He remembers being happy with Master. He remembers..... adoration, the purest love and loyalty he's ever known. He remembers being eager to fulfill his every whim, no matter what it was, because the why never mattered--only the what and how. Everything that Master had wanted, he had wanted too, because Master wanted it. He'd never been bored or lonely or sad back then--partly because he'd never left Master's side, but partly because he just hadn't thought much, either.

Maybe he hadn't even properly realized he even could think or feel. Maybe, at that point, he hadn't been able to.]

Master died thousands of years ago and I haven't seen him here either. But I don't have a master anymore! Ever since Aladdin found me I can do whatever I want.

The Cave of Wonders isn't quite a dungeon, even if it's sort of like one. I've never met a dragon though! Are you friends with any?

Dungeons & Dragons is a RPG by the way. RPG stands for role playing game. It's the best game that's ever been created.

Really? I've played a lot of games, but I've never heard of that one before.

I've learned most things from watching my masters or Genie telling me. Or going on adventures with them!

[His knowledge is spotty at best, but at least he doesn't hesitate to admit that he has no clue about a lot of things. On the other hand, he probably knows a lot about a few things; he must be a killer navigator.]
