I think it's better to go out with someone that's at least a little different from ya. That way you both learn from each other, expand yer horizons a little. Might end up discoverin' something you wouldn't have, otherwise.

You stick with someone just like ya, it can get too easy to never change, and get caught in a rut.

Whoever ya pick, though, you gotta treat 'em right. Ask 'em out straight, and don't pussyfoot around. If she thinks you're askin' her out as friends, and she finds out the truth later, it's just gonna be awkward.
