[ He's a night owl who used to live above a bar so access wasn't a problem. Even the Heaven's had given him a bar for a temple, so this is the first time he's been without. ]

Right after some new arrivals show up, it's pretty much every evening. Otherwise it's when I feel like it.

[ An emergency, he almost smirks at the statement but that answers his question. He knows those kinds of bars, and he's fine with it. The clientele were usually the type that didn't ask question which meant they left him alone. It's this same reason why he doesn't ask about calling ahead. He roams. It won't sour his mood if it's open or not when he stops by. ]
