He has a habit of telling people to kill themselves if someone looks at him funny. I had him alone, off guard, I did what I knew would free anybody he got to already.

No... What I mean is, you obviously know him better than I do, but the "reset room" seems to bring people back more often than not. The only effective long term solution would be to detain and isolate him. Maybe he'll agree to work together with us?
