How flexible do I have to be? Most of my left arm suffered some serious injuries and doesn't move as well these days. The wrist and several of the fingers were broken and I had to fix it myself as there weren't any doctors to look at it.

[The words "hot yoga" sound weird but he could see the appeal of exercise in a warm room.]
