[Victor is too darn excited about the completion of the new dance studio to not post about it immediately upon completion. He tries to sound good and proper in advertising the new place, seeing as classes should be much more appealing with a well equip location. Everybody should be interested in staying active! It's good for the body and mind!]

Hello! I would like to announce the opening of the new Yuutopia Dance Studio, located across from the lovely Verdrel Square! The building has been beautifully renovated with help from the locals and is soundproofed! We have two hardwood dance halls, a more breezy top floor and more cozy basement level. The basement is especially well insulated so we can hold more guided classes than before, now able to speak freely in the space. We hope to see many new people interested in the benefits of fitness! All are welcome!!

Yuuri and I will be curating the space and giving classes on the regular. We'll try to keep an updated list of times and classes on the chalk board out front. When entering, please quickly and quietly open and close the door, so the space can remain as safe as possible.

Also, feel free to ask either of us directly for information. We're going to be teaching strength training, yoga, and ballet. Classes will all be at the beginner level unless there is interest in more advance study. We hope to see a lot of new faces!


PS: Also, if I happened to have acted strangely toward you some nights ago, MY APOLOGIES. I was under the influence...

Nobody ever NEEDS to be jealous [huff huff, he knows it's pointless and silly, but he can't help it. He was jealous of what turned out to be a statue of a fish, once. He's not the most rational man.]

What does strength training involve?

Body weight exercises, primarily. We don't have any independent weights or machines at the studio for lifting, but there are plenty of exercises that can build muscle and stamina without them.

That would... actually be really useful. I had a rough couple of years and could use some exercise to help me out. Not sure weight lighting would be the right thing for me at the moment.

You might prefer yoga then! It's more focused on stretching and flexibility training, it can be very good at easing aches and pains. Hot yoga is a personal favorite when I'm feeling sore, though that can be rather intense. We have a fireplace on basement level that will allow us to warm the place up for heated lessons.

I'm trained in a few classical styles, ballroom and interpretive, primarily. Yuuri knows more modern styles, like break dancing!!! It's very impressive! [let him talk about how stunning and wonderful his fiance is, thanks]

It looks like it!!! I want Yuuri to teach me, sometime. Maybe we'll add in another section, I think it's a good idea, if he's willing to give the lessons.

How long ago did you start learning? [Victor would be EXTRA impressed to see it used in combat, that sounds like something from a Kung Fu movie! Yuuri and Victor certainly wouldn't want to hurt anybody with their skills even if it was possible, they have too soft of hearts for violence.]

[Being strict in lessons isn't something Victor has trouble with, he has very high standards after all. Most classes he'll be breezy about, knowing those involved are only casual. However, if anybody wants the tough coach treatment... they're going to get it.

Yes, exactly! Yoga is more focused on achieving deep stretches and ballet is primarily about proper form and grace. Both are very good for keeping a calm mind and strong body!

I see, I see. I'd have to say that I'm in very good shape already, but certainly that doesn't mean I shouldn't continue to improve on that. All of it sounds enjoyable.

[Victor is at the studio most days, having little else to do around the community aside from his teaching job. Really, he's just absolutely worthless at tasks like cleaning or cooking, anything purely practical. It's easy for him to keep an eye on his device and answer promptly, as a result.]

The studio basement is soundproof, but I don't have anything to play music with! recorded or live.... [instruments are like a weapon in this place, it's only understandable they wouldn't be laying around. The device also wasn't designed with anything for sound, either.]
