Constance has asked that I help the community by assisting in leading those within it. I have never lead before but I will do everything I can to make sure everyone who lives in this community has the best chance at survival.

I will be working with the other leader. If we all work together, those who know this world and those who do not, we give ourselves the best chance at surviving the dangers from all worlds connected to this one.

I can't offer any other advice as a leader. Since I don't have experience with that. Listening and watching how people react to certain things is something to consider.

Human body language is more difficult sometimes. You do not all telegraph the same.

where i come from dogs don't need any of that they can tell you everything you need to know with one look or tailwag. and if they have any findings you'll know about it trust me.

Observing can be easy depending on the situation. I'm sure you'll be able to figure out how to help.

Try reading a bridge on a starship. Humans mostly but there's a few Abednedos and other species. Body language is one thing. The faces give true emotion along with their eyes.

Starship? We do not have anything like that where I am from. I have always had an easier time reading body language. The natives use it more than the humans from my world, and it is much easier to understand, but I will try observing faces.

I would rather avoid jails entirely from what I have heard of them, but I do like spinach.

That is a lot of purposes. You must be a skilled human. I am glad to know we have you on our side. This community needs a lot of assistance, especially if it continues to grow this way.

Resources do not appear the way we do, and our scavenging and hunting circles are only going to grow wider the more humans there are to feed and keep safe.

I am worried we will run thinner and thinner if it keeps up this way.

Yeah, a cruiser, the Raddus. I'm realizing not many from where have advance technology. I'm used to the devices, it's similar to what I'm familiar with. The natives do and the sign language helps I think to be more expressive.

I wouldn't consider our resources tapped out just yet. But we are getting to the point it's impossible not to make sound harvesting what's left. We'll have to forage further afield. More of a risk.

I am working on upgrading my rc drones with a silent flight system for safer searches, but I have about five other things on my plate right now.

Honestly what I'm most worried about is food. People keep arriving. Unless there's a severe hydroponics overhaul or people start leaving I don't know if this settlement is tenable. Is there anyone working on that angle that you know of?

Are your drones equipped with a visual feed? I used to unearth and locate resources that were not easily spotted on sight alone for drones to transport. I could do so for yours if you need assistance. I am softer on my feet than most of the humans here.

If there is something I can do to help, I can try and locate those with the skills to assist you.

Hydroponics are agriculture? As far as I know no one is doing much work with the greenhouse or planting beyond the current routine. I will keep my ears up.
